Where is my progress saved?

On your device. In a browser it lives in that browser’s storage, so private browsing or clearing the site’s data starts you from level 1. On YouTube Playables, YouTube saves it for you.

I’m stuck on a level.

Every level is checked by a solver before it ships, so it can be won. Try again and watch which jars block the others. If a level keeps beating you, the game steps in: after your third loss you get a free extra slot, and after the fifth it shows you a move.

Are there ads or purchases?

Not in the current test version. If a store version adds them, our privacy policy will say so before it ships.

How do I delete my data?

Glowjar keeps your data only on your device: clear the site’s data or uninstall the app and it is gone. If you have emailed us or sent feedback, ask and we will delete that too.
